Our pricing offers excellent value for one-way chauffeur-driven service in a Lincoln Aviator SUV (accommodating up to four passengers) from select Atlanta hotels and convention centers to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) domestic north, south, and international terminals, including General Aviation Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) at ATL, as well as DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK). Bookings require a 48-hour advance reservation, with payment due at the time of booking.
Hotel to Airport Chauffeur Service Pricing
Our pricing offers excellent value for one-way chauffeur-driven service in a luxury Lincoln Aviator SUV (accommodating up to four passengers) from select Atlanta hotels and convention centers to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) domestic north, south, and international terminals, including General Aviation Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) at ATL, as well as DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK).
Bookings require a 48-hour advance reservation, with payment due at the time of booking.
Reservation and Booking Policy
- Booking Window: Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance and can be booked up to 90 days prior to the intended travel date.
- Booking Channels: Reservations are accepted via our online booking portal and by text or email. Confirmation is provided by email and SMS notification.
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability; confirmation is guaranteed upon receipt of written booking confirmation.
- Rescheduling: Requests for rescheduling are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellation, Refund, and No-Show Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to scheduled pick-up incur no penalty.
- Cancellations between 24–48 hours prior to scheduled pick-up are subject to a 50% charge.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or less of scheduled pick-up will be charged the full fare.
- Failure to appear at the designated pick-up location without notice results in forfeiture of the full cost of the trip.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days to the original form of payment only.
Pricing and Fees
- Pricing: Rates are determined based on distance, time of service, and selected vehicle class. A full rate schedule is available upon request and on our website.
- Fuel Surcharge: A 4% fuel surcharge applies when the national average fuel price exceeds $5.00 per gallon, assessed at the carrier’s discretion.
- Gratuity: A 20% gratuity is automatically added.
- Payment Methods: Major credit cards and Zelle are accepted. All credit card and Zelle payments incur a 3% processing fee.
- Taxation: Applicable local, state, and federal taxes will be added.
- Additional Charges: Fees may apply for excessive waiting time, extra stops, excess baggage, or cleaning and damage.
