Online-Only Reservation and Payment Procedures

Policy Overview and Security Commitment

To ensure the highest level of security and safety for our clients, all reservations and payments must be completed exclusively through our official online booking and payment acceptance platforms. We do not accept bookings or payments over the phone under any circumstances. This policy is designed to protect sensitive data and provide a safe, convenient reservation experience. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data security. By restricting reservations and payments to online, email, or text message channels, we ensure that your sensitive information is handled securely and in compliance with industry best practices.

Pricing and Fees

• Pricing: Rates are determined based on distance, time of service, and selected vehicle class. A full rate schedule is available upon request and on our website.

• Fuel Surcharge: A 4% fuel surcharge applies when the national average fuel price exceeds $5.00 per gallon, assessed at the carrier’s discretion. The surcharge may be waived at management’s option.

• Gratuity: A 20% gratuity is automatically added.

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and Zelle. All credit card and Zelle payments incur a processing fee of 3%.

• Taxation: Applicable local, state, and federal taxes will be added.

• Additional Charges: Fees may apply for excessive waiting time, extra stops, excess baggage, or cleaning and damage (see relevant sections).

Booking and Payment Terms

All transfers require booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability. Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Our transparent pricing and streamlined process ensure a stress-free experience from start to finish.
